Conferencing

Find space to breathe by escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. Host your corporate event here in the heart of the bushveld. The space is flexible and equipped; ready for up to 50 delegates.

The Private Conference Room can seat up to 50 delegates. It has two access points and opens onto a private veranda. There is a projector and screen available for professional presentations. Smaller groups (up to 15 delegates) we make use of our air-conditioned boardroom for a more intimate setting.

The Lounge is also available for smaller groups (up to 35 delegates). We can screen the room off from other lodge guests and this space also opens onto its own private veranda.

The boardrooms are set up as preferred; Wi-Fi, projector, flip charts, plugs and cables individual stationery, lemon water and mints.

Your guests will be welcomed with freshly brewed tea and coffee, and homemade muffins. The coffee break snacks are refreshing and delicious, light lunches can be enjoyed in the restaurant.

Full day conferencing (08h00 to 17h00) includes a morning breakfast snack, 10h00 teatime with a snack, 2 course lunch (main course with dessert), and 15h00 teatime with snack.

Half day conferencing (08h00 to 13h00 or 12h00 to 17h00) includes a morning breakfast snack, 10h00 teatime with a snack, and a 2 course lunch (main course with dessert).

Nature offers an exquisite backdrop for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Let time stop and stress melt away. We will do the work while you celebrate life and all its possibilities. Each sunset is unique and each wedding has its own essence. The versatile spaces can be customised to perfection for your special day.

We cater for up to 100 guests and offer venue set up, table décor and arrangements as well as food and snacks, of course. There are various packages with accommodation available.

Are you planning a birthday party, bridal shower, Granny’s 60th or a new product launch for your company, or any other small event like brunch or high tea? We have the perfect venue for you with a selection of finger foods, buffets, spit braais or 3 to 5 course plated options.
